If I say that the restoration of health is quite simple, would you follow my advice and take the first
step? You can achieve health without knowing difficult medical terms. And if I say it is quite
affordable, you would do it, wouldn’t you? There are 4 things in life you can’t live without. I am
sure you can mention at least three of them. But the fourth one is going to be a challenge. Go
ahead and think and see if you can come up with three. The fourth one you could not think of is
actually minerals. Can you go back to your high school biology class and remember what the
function of minerals was in our body? I am inclined to believe that you can’t recall anything at all.
That’s the bad part of our education. The most important part of our life – how to achive and
maintain health has not been taught properly.
Dr. Hisatake Nojima wrote a book in Japan entitled The Mineral Deficiency Has Been the Cause
of All Modern Day Diseases and Life Style Illnesses. Recently I translated this book into English
and it is about to be published soon for worldwide readership. The title of the book is self
explanatory. What is not said in the title was “If our government insists farmers to include minerals
in their soil, there won’t be any cancer patients, diabetes, and heart related illnesses. And
medical societies will not be required to be there, other than for emergency and cosmetic
surgery.” Imagine the implication of this statement. Insurance companies, government controlled
medical services, hospitals and drug companies will all change to something else. His discovery
was that our body required minerals kept in an ion-ized form. He has cured over 4,500 stage
four cancer patients in 11 years of his practice in Tokyo. Unfortunately he was ostracized by the
medical community there. He owns a clinic in a fashionable part of Tokyo. He is a friend of
mine Dr. Asao Shimanishi of Tokyo is a noted scientist. He is considered the authority on water
in Japan. His clients are a list of who’s who among Japanese manufacturers like Toyota, Hitachi
and Matsushita. He discovered Roxtract from black mica and successfully obtained a patent for
his extraction of many balanced minerals and the way to keep them ‘ion-ized’ in a solution called
acid sulfate. His discovery will be worthy of a Nobel prize some day, as we will prove the
implication of this discovery in such areas as health, agriculture, horticulture, raw sewage
treatment, orchards and poultry industry, to name a few.
Dr. Masaru Emoto is the author of such books as The Hidden Messages in Water and Water
Knows the Answer. His books are quite illuminating, because he succeeded in proving that water
can show feelings of all sorts! People in the health world know him from his lectures and pictures
in his books. The picture shown along with this article is the picture from our water called Roxtract
Water, taken by Dr. Emoto. So how are these three doctors connected? We all know that 70%
of our body is water. And yet we do very little in taking care of the body’s water requirement .
How many of us can look at each other and say “Hey, your water is beautiful!” As Dr. Emoto said,
“you and I are water.”
There is a famous biochemist in America named Dr. Robert O Young. In his book – The pH
Miracle, he asks a challenging question for which we all know the answer. “If a fish is sick, would
you treat the fish or change the water?” Well, what do you think the right answer is? We are
fish. Instead of swimming in water the way fish do, we envelop water with our body. This is why
Dr. Emoto says we are water. Do you see where I am leading you to? We must drink ‘water’
constantly to replenish the stagnant one in the body. The water you drink must be ‘living water’
as God intended us to drink. But we have been drinking and cooking with ‘dead water’ all our
lives. Let me ask you a question. I know everyone’s answer will be wrong. You are therefore
under no pressure. “How long do you think it takes for a glass of water you drink now to come out
of your body?” Yes, the water has to come out in one form or another sooner or later. Before I
give you the answer, why is it that some people flatly refuse to drink water per se? There are
many to whom water consumption simply means wine, beer, juices, Cokes, Pepsi or Gatorade. All
of these are liquids. Not water.
I will now give you the answer to the question. It takes twenty one days. So from this knowledge
one can surmise that the old water in the body will become stagnant like in rivers where there is
no flow. Can you somehow see the connection between this phenomena and aging? So what
is ‘living water?” It’s water that can cure our internal problems. That’s right. God created our
body so that it can take care of itself without interference from drugs and medical inventions.
And for that, we now formally need to go back to the initial question I raised - 4 things in life we
can’t live without. If you answered Oxygen (not air), Nutrients (not food), Water (not dead water)
and Minerals (not tables, and not colloidal), you are already above average.
Dr. Shimanishi made a discovery about 45 years ago. Minerals he extracted out from black mica
in north of Tokyo had a tremendous power unthinkable at the time of discovery. Plants and farm
product grew better and stronger as a result. Cow dung considered difficult to be made
biodegradable became easier to treat. People who ate vegetables grown with this water became
healthier. Fish in his fish tank lived longer even in smaller space. Most striking fact was that
when these fish died, they did not rot. They got mummified. Chicken eggs’ shells got harder;
their yokes got larger. He proved that dead ponds could be revived with his Mineral Solution.
Fruits tasted better. Instead of using antibiotics in ponds where eels and fishes of different types
were cultivated as most of today’s fishery industry does to the detriment of our health, this mineral
approach proved to be healthier. Korean rice growers saw with their own eyes that rice stalks did
not easily succumb to the powerful wind force from typhoons. The Orange County of California
decided to use this solution for their raw sewage treatment. (The monthly requirement was too
large and for this reason only, the project was later dropped.) The water taken and treated with
this solution from a dirty, soapy river of India became drinkable before the native’s eye. When
used in hot tubs, water began maintaining itself for 8 months. (Currently I am the only person in
America who gets this benefit on a day to day basis. That’s right. No chemical is used in my hot
tub. Night after night, both my wife and I are in this hot tub, admiring the smell of Ozone and the
clarity that can only be described as crystal clear.) But most importantly when you use this
Solution with a certain ppm (parts per million), the new water, which I call ‘living water’, maintains
its health for life. I don’t mean mine or yours. I mean till the end of the earth!!!
Dr. Nojima having observed these wonders challenged himself with the question. “So far our
medical community has approached the cure from organic points of view. The pharmaceutical
community has tried to find ‘drugs’ from organic sources only. Why not the inorganic source,
instead?” This is how all of these bright minds of Japan got together. Now I can explain what I
started out with, which was “if creation or restoration of health is simple, would you take the first
step?” I believe your answer was “yes,” wasn’t it?

Minerals have a great deal to do with your immune system. Remember? They actually boost the

get sick? Now let’s go back to Dr. Nojima’s book title. The mineral deficiency has been the cause
of all types of modern day illnesses and life style diseases that we didn’t use to suffer from.
You see how easy it is to restore your health? No drugs are used. No surgery has been done.
Dr. Young’s wife talks about us “having to be organ stingy.” She means that we should not let
surgeons cut us. Keep the breast; keep the uterus; don’t let them cut open your stomach,
pancreas, or brain, or skin. We should pay attention to what these scientists are saying.
Surgeons make a living cutting you. So don’t go to them for a medical advice. Internal medicine
will direct you toward drugs, which often make us sicker than before. That’s the warning from Dr.
Nojima. We should be smart enough to listen to what smart scientists have done. So are you

This simple device we came up with consists of upper and lower chambers with a ceramic filter in-
between. You fill the upper chamber (5 liter capacity, which is about a gallon and a half) with tap
water, or any type of dead water mentioned above. The pour 5 cc (1 cc per one liter) of what we
call Roxtract Solution into the same chamber. This combined water and solution go through the
ceramic filter whose mesh is 0.2 micron (smaller than any known bacteria). It immediately
removes any organic matters trapped between clusters of water. Remember water does not rot.
It is the organic matters trapped therein that rot. So we put this water through a process called
agglutination. Small invisible organic particles become visible and get larger and larger to the
point where they can be trapped by the filter. We use iron and aluminum in the solution for that
purpose. What comes down to the lower chamber IS the ‘living water’ God intended us to drink.
The FDA instructed me to say that this water now “is purified with 22 minerals added.” No matter.
This now crystal clear water is the water I want all of you to drink. A gallon a day!!! And see what
happens to your body!!! Within 2 to 3 days, your entire body skin gets silky. Within 3 to 4
days, your bowel changes to that of baby’s, soft and yellow. (You took the first step toward
health.) Incidentally if your pee is yellow, it does not mean you are sick. It means you are
dehydrated and so you have to drink more water. If it is clear, it means you are hydrated. It

Dr. Robert O Young said that minerals are garbage collectors. In his books he assures us that
this can be visibly observed in his scope projected on a large screen. Toxins piggy back on
minerals and they travel toward the kidney! What does that implicate? Toxins, which are acid
and heavy metals, are slowly leaving your body. This will make you slightly ill for a while. The
stage is referred to as ‘de-tox” stage. You get sick from your own toxins for a while. It’s body’s
way of saying ‘thank you.’ So I say to people, enjoy it. It lasts for a day or two only. When toxins
leave the body, the fat that was created to prevent toxins from attacking body organs or the
weakest link within the body sees no reason to stick around. It then leaves your body without a
fight. You get skinnier. You lose weight. Fascinating, isn’t it? But you do have to change your
diet so that you don’t eat foods that turn into acid in your body. I recommend you to read books
by Dr. Robert O Young mentioned earlier in this article.
I am Japanese by birth. In every Japanese household, we all have a hot water pot. In Japan
people are allowed to drop in on you without any prior notice. When they do, we make green tea
and for that we have to have hot water all the time. It’s a custom. So don’t complain. What one
day I noticed was worthy of attention from the medical points of view. I noticed many barnacle-like
spots all over the inner wall of this pot. I knew they were calcium deposits from my ‘hard’ water. I
