The premise of many so called “ RIFE” machines is their claim that they can directly generate the highest Rife
frequencies electrically through conduction rather than by means of a ray tube. Although they can generate the
frequencies conductively, their system does NOT deliver the same types of energies. Ray tubes deliver a broad
spectrum of energies, ranging from infrared, to electromagnetic fields, to electrostatic fields, to conductive electron flow
(plain old electricity), to light in the visible spectrum and beyond. The only energy most “Rife machines” deliver is plain
old electricity.
Although the manufacturers of “Rife type” devices attempt to argue otherwise, it is categorically true that “Skin Effect”
prevents high frequency electron flow (plain old electricity) from penetrating deeply into ANY electrically conductive
material. The higher the frequency, the shallower the penetration. At frequencies above 1MHz, skin effect will limit
penetration to a fraction of an inch.
A serious problem with many so called “ RIFE” machines is poor Square wave signal quality. A Square wave generates
a predictable series of odd order harmonic frequencies with an accurate energy balance. The closer the Square wave
is to perfect, the more accurate the harmonics are. Low Rise and fall time is the most difficult element to achieve in a
Square wave. A perfect Square wave has a rise time of zero, so the lower the rise and fall is, the better the Square
wave and thus the harmonics are.

About Custom Waveforms and Custom Modulation:
A fundamental difference between the BCX Ultra and most other Rife type devices is the way that they generate
waveforms. Many units use a DSP (digital synthesizing processor) which, by nature, is only capable of generating
Square waves. By using filtering techniques, the circuit is capable of approximate Sine wave ne wave by “rounding off
Square wave re wave. This is, of course, not particularly accurate, meaning that the purity of Sine wave is
compromised and most machines have NO sine waves..
The BCX Ultra uses entirely different electronics. It contains 3 separate Microprocessors each of which creates an
“Arbitrary Waveform”. Arbitrary Waveforms are exact and pure creations of natural occurring and incidental occurring
waveforms. Examples of waveforms are Sin natural occurring e, Square, Triangle, Exponential, and Linear. An
example of an incidentally occurring waveform is the Hoyland Waveform. The BCX Ultra faithfully reproduces the
waveform that Hoyland generated using a complex array of apparatus. If fact, the Hoyland Waveform in the Ultra was

Hello Diann. You asked me to provide some sort of feedback on the machine. Here it is. You can use this letter
for whatever use you wish, either in it's entirety or portions. I don't mind my email being published.
My name is John White. (jsew@xnet.co). I am an electrical engineer with 30 years experience in electronics and
high power circuitry. I have a technical background and don’t have a blind belief in alternative healing. I wish to
give feedback of a BCX-Ultra I purchased in May 2010. I have no commercial interest in this machine, and the
following is totally unbiased and honest.
Before purchasing the BCX-Ultra I investigated all the alleged "Rife" machines available on the market. I have
also designed and built Rife machines myself using advanced electronics, and measured the results obtained.
One must understand certain principles before deciding on the unit to buy. I will avoid technical terms to clarify
to a broader audience the points I am making.
A magical “resonant frequency” for cell destruction does not exist. Most Rife machine suppliers talk about cell
"resonance". An analogy often used is the wine glass cliché, where a certain frequency will shatter the glass.
Take a minute to think this one out. We are mostly composed of water. Fill a wine glass with water and it will
never resonate. No frequency will get the glass to break. What must be achieved is impedance resonance,
which is very technical and difficult to explain in layman’s terms.
Power levels are NOT important. In Royal Rife’s experiments, a greater effect was found when the power level
was lower.
What IS important is the transfer of energy from the frequency generator to the pathogen. This is achieved
when the radiation of the Rife machine matches that of the pathogen. This is known as impedance matching.
I evaluated all of the commercially available “Rife” units and believe the BCX-Ultra is the ONLY commercial unit
on the market today that will function correctly.
I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship put into the BCX-Ultra. I have tested its output levels
and waveforms, and they are stable and accurate. The design engineers have obviously put an immense effort
into designing a world-class machine, and should be proud of what they have built.
I will illustrate the effectiveness of the BCX ultra with the following 4 examples.
My daughters had typical teenager acne, predominantly over her nose and forehead area. After only 1 session
(45 minute standard program) the acne disappears *completely* over the subsequent 2 days. The program
needs to be repeated every 3 weeks. She holds the ray tubes across her cheeks as she watches TV. No cream
product works as well and instantly as the BCX-Ultra.
My wife became struck with the “flu”. She was so severely hit that she crawled into bed with a fever, shivering
and with aching joints, and was unable to move. I pried open her fingers and ran a virus program with her
holding the ray tubes. She fell asleep, and I left her. After an hour she came into the kitchen complaining she
was hungry. The program had completed, she had no fever, and she was cured. I quite simply could not believe
my eyes.
I treated a friend with extremely evasive small cell cancer. The cancer had grown from her lungs into her
lymphatic system. I treated her before she began chemotherapy, and the size of her tumour reduced
remarkably after just 2 sessions. The chemotherapy has now poisoned her to the stage that she has been too
unwell for further “Rife” treatment.
Last night I had a sore throat, running nose and felt very unwell. I ran the same program with the tubes across
my throat. An hour after the program completed my sore throat was gone. 8 hours later my energy levels have
returned. Normally when I get a sore throat I feel unwell for at least a week. This has prompted me to finally
send feedback on the machine
If you are looking at purchasing a “Rife” machine that will not disappoint, you need to buy this unit. It is very
aggressive and precise, and you will get remarkable results. Remember it is not a toy, and you will feel tired
after treatment as your body flushes out the dead pathogens. I would recommend you predominantly use the
hand held ray tubes as they will give better results.
I find myself unable to fault the BCX-Ultra. It will kill outright many, if not all, pathogens, often with complete
cures after a single session. Remember to drink plenty of fluids so your body can eliminate the waste.
In future models I would like to see the option of selecting higher definable carrier frequencies, computer
control via USB, and bio feedback.
In summary, I am exceedingly pleased in my purchase decision. If you have a medical condition or want to
prevent future illnesses, get a BCX-Ultra for yourself, and give those bacteria / virii the roasting they deserve.

Today there are many so called Rife machines on the market manufactured by mainly small mom and pop size
companies or individuals. Most of these Rife machines are voltage square wave producers that supply a
constant voltage amplitude of opposite polarity (positive/negative) to two hand held electrodes or pads. The
voltage polarity is reversed between the two electrodes or pads at some constant rate of reversals per second.
"Roger " (Sounds like he wrote this over a decade ago. This is what they were producing over 10
yrs ago. Now, it is more just a few manuf's who are more sophisticated than what he mentions
above. 22 years ago when I started selling the Scalar Tronics this is mostly what I saw. Then, as
better machines were being built you couldn't sell a cheap, made in your garage function generator
turned into a Rife machine.
We were one of the first ones to make an audio range Rife machine from scratch. Therefore our
BioTec 2000 was developed. It had more power, faster rise and fall time and the first to have the
capability to use both the hand cylinders and foot plates at the same time. Do you see any one else
out there that have LED's as we do? Our group got very good results in those days. We could see
that we needed more power for certain conditions such as cancer and lyme disease. It was obvious
from looking at Rife's work what we needed to do. So we added a component that would deliver
both the RF and use ray tubes like Rife did. So the BioTec 2000 Ray Tube was born. Some 3,000+ of
these units were sold.
Before my engineers developed these components I talked to clinics and Doctors all over the world
to get advice on what they wanted built for their offices and clinics. One thing that they really were
adamant about in Europe was that they didn't want a general sweep. They believed that their
patients should only use the freq's that their patients needed. They said that they would no more
use a blanket antibiotic than they would use a blanket range (sweep) of freq's for their patients.
And, also one Dr mentioned that with a sweep you are doing all the wrong freq's except for that
brief moment when you hit the freq that the patient needed. When we know the correct freq we
often will play it from 5 to 20 minutes per freq. Do the math. Figure to do a sweep for only 5 minutes
per freq for say only 2,000 freq's. As you can see you would be living on the unit 24/7 and still never
get done.
I do notice that the people who know how to figure out the right freq's for their clients sell more
machines. Judy is one of these. She has the gift to figure the right freq's for her clients and....she
sells lots of machines because she is known to get good results.
I have another practitioner who when she doesn't know the exact freq's has them do lots of sets of
different related ailments to what they have. She says she has noted a phenomenon where people
get better from some very life threatening diseases. She believes that because our machine has
very high harmonics that even if you don't have the exact frequency that you will get enough
harmonics to kill what ever you have.
Recently she had a guy with lung cancer come over for about 1.5 hrs 4 or 5 times a week. He got
over his condition.)
Each disease condition and/or microbe associated with a particular disease or condition has one or more
specific polarity reversal rates per second that disable it or kill it. One of the main effects of this polarity reversal
at a constant rate is to produce mechanical vibrations (sound/ultrasound) in the patient of the same frequency
as the polarity reversal rate. It also produces vibrations equal to odd multiples of the polarity reversal rate
(frequency). If the main frequency of vibration or one of the odd multiples equals or is close enough to one of
the vibration frequencies that kill the microbe, then the microbe can be killed by this method.
The fundamental point to understand is that every microbe that Rife worked with had at least one frequency of
mechanical vibration (sound/ultrasound) that killed it very easily using very low intensity sound/ultrasound.

Today, there are fairly large lists of so-called Rife frequencies available that have been used by various voltage

frequencies are known at all!

To overcome these shortcomings an ultrasound generation device was needed that would slowly "scan"
through as much of the frequency range that Rife was known to work with as possible. The actual frequency
range that Rife worked through is not really known. However, it is believed to be up to at least forty megahertz,
(forty million cycles per second). By using various voltage wave form patterns applied to a piezoelectric
element, it is possible to produce complex harmonic patterns (frequency sets) of ultrasound. By slowly changing
the frequencies of the voltage wave form patterns, the complex harmonic frequency patterns of ultrasound
produced by the piezoelectric element can be slowly varied!
In other words, by the "proper" choice of voltage wave form scanning patterns applied to a piezoelectric
transducer element, the entire range of ultrasound used by Rife in his research can be generated!! If you do
not know the frequency of the ultrasound that kills the microbe it does not matter as long as you can "scan"
through that ultrasound frequency at a slow enough rate and at some minimum intensity to do the job of
killing/disabling that microbe! Put simply; it is effective, efficient and easy for anyone to use!

Here is why Envita Medical Center, for example, uses our unit for lyme: they get deep penetration
because we have the killer wave form square pulse width, RF and ray tubes (ray tubes produce a
much higher voltage than metal electrodes for deeper penetration).
We see people doing a lot of things and claiming they have the "best Rife machine". We have found
from hard experience and lots of R&D money that the closer you come to what Rife did the better
the results. We often see that people who are not willing or don't have the capital to produce Rife
like devices trump up some non Rife feature as being the best feature on the market and they are
the only ones that have it.
We bought and used one of Gary's machines and liked it. However, we found that we got better
results with more power and using a freq for 3 or more minutes to really knock out a microbe. When
I really wanted to knock out a sore throat for example I would pull out our unit with the ray tubes to
really kill it. Rife used a high powered ray tube that could be detected 12 miles away. We knew we
couldn't replicate anything close to what he used for power because of the FCC so my engineers in
their infinite wisdom encouraged me to use hand held ray tubes that would guarantee that the
frequency would go through the body by completing the circuit between the 2 tubes. Well, it worked
better than we had even hoped. When we added the ray tubes and RF in those early days our
results went through the roof.
We deal with a lot of clinics world wide and we have to produce a high quality clinical unit for these
people. This is why we invested over $100,000 to come up with the BCX Ultra to make sure the

because we have the killer wave form square pulse width, RF and ray tubes (ray tubes produce a
much higher voltage than metal electrodes for deeper penetration).
We see people doing a lot of things and claiming they have the "best Rife machine". We have found
from hard experience and lots of R&D money that the closer you come to what Rife did the better
the results. We often see that people who are not willing or don't have the capital to produce Rife
like devices trump up some non Rife feature as being the best feature on the market and they are
the only ones that have it.
We bought and used one of Gary's machines and liked it. However, we found that we got better
results with more power and using a freq for 3 or more minutes to really knock out a microbe. When
I really wanted to knock out a sore throat for example I would pull out our unit with the ray tubes to
really kill it. Rife used a high powered ray tube that could be detected 12 miles away. We knew we
couldn't replicate anything close to what he used for power because of the FCC so my engineers in
their infinite wisdom encouraged me to use hand held ray tubes that would guarantee that the
frequency would go through the body by completing the circuit between the 2 tubes. Well, it worked
better than we had even hoped. When we added the ray tubes and RF in those early days our
results went through the roof.
We deal with a lot of clinics world wide and we have to produce a high quality clinical unit for these
people. This is why we invested over $100,000 to come up with the BCX Ultra to make sure the
clinics have the latest technology. For example one thing that came out of our BCX Ultra
development is using the square pulse width for killing microbes. We are the only Rife unit
producer that has this wave form (and many other wave forms) out there.)
